Do you love creating beautiful emails and nurturing a customer base? We are a stylish and customer-obsessed shapewear company (Founded in 2019) and growing rapidly online (IG: @PinsyShapewear, www.wearpinsy.com). We are hiring a part to full time position to lead our Email and SMS Marketing strategy.
Our tone and personality as a female-led brand is we love to inspire women through stylish shapewear designed to be seen – the right hire for this role will embody the mission and vision of the brand since this person will be in direct contact with customers. Our brand is visually appealing and this role will play a large part in upholding the visual aesthetic of the brand.

This is a virtual position for now (our employees are located throughout Los Angeles, San Diego and New York)

Email Marketing Responsibilities:
Planning and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns to drive sales & retain customers.
Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly and ON BRAND.
Creating all emails, copy and design – must be proficient with either Canva or other design software such as photoshop or indesign
Tracking and analyzing campaign results
Create reports for management of account performance

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Klaviyo and customer segmentation
Experience with running SMS Campaigns and advanced customer segmentations – must be able to cross-sell, up-sell, and recommend products, and run reporting and optimizations. Currently using ClickSend through Yotpo
At least 1-2 years within the ecommerce industry and operating email campaigns and SMS
Must be self sufficient
Able to create assets for emails through either Canva or other design software (Photoshop or Indesign)
