Sales & Interior Designer Manager

This highly regarded importer of Italian Furniture, Lighting and accesories are seeking to employ a SENIOR member with a view to becoming part of the management team within a year. This canidate must be a EXPERIENCED & SKILLED Sales Specialist with a strong background in Interior Design to work out of our O’Riordan St, Alexandria showroom.

The role involves showroom sales to both Trade and Retail clients. You will also focus on designing and documenting interior spaces of exclusive luxury residences.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will posses the following:

Interior Design qualification and experience with working knowledge of Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Illustrator etc;
Australian working rights;
At least 5 years experience in Sales , with the confidence and ability to offer excellent client service;
3 Years Management experience
be Articulate, sales driven person who is hard working and motivated;
Well presented, enthusiastic and able to work independently;

Duties and responsibilities of the role

Showroom Sales, styling and presentation;
Work every Saturday and alternative Sundays with corresponding week days off. You will be required to work 5 days then 6 days the following week and so on.
Interior Design e.g selection and placement of furniture and all furnishings, including: full costing spreadsheet, supplier pricing and collation of pricing into master project document;
Preparation of client presentations
Various marketing initiatives such as social media and E-Newsletter mail outs

Attractive base salary + super + Incentives:
- Uncapped Commision
- Monthly, Half yearly and yearly Bonuses
- OTE could yield above $30K above base salary
