In this role you’ll utilise communication skills by speaking with people through multiple campaigns; if you like a diverse environment and enjoy a challenge, this will fit you just right. Through inbound and outbound calls you’ll work with some great and competitive gas and electricity plans to maintain and expand our customer base.

You’ll have the opportunity to further develop your sales skills with the help of ongoing coaching and support to get those sales and inturn, earn generous uncapped commissions. Our teams regularly hold competitions to keep you motivated, engaged and striving to constantly succeed in your role.

You will need:

A strong customer focus and great communication skills
A competitive nature and ability to self motivate
Strong negotiation skills to meet the needs of our customers and the business
A willingness to learn, develop and beat targets
Sales experience is NOT required, just confidence to give it a go! Some of our top performers came with no sales experience and are now excelling in their role.
