Sales and Admin Assistant
Pack IntlWe are looking for an independent Sales and Admin Assistant to provide administrative support for customer orders.JOB SCOPE:
- Provide general office administrative support such as filing, data entry and scanning of documents.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations and follow up on quotation status (training will be provided).
- Generate Sales Order, Invoices, DO, after receiving daily orders from customers.
- Coordinate with customers via email on delivery schedules and update the delivery status.
- Upkeep inventory records and ensure that inventory levels are healthy and up to date.
- Generate monthly Sales Reports via on and offline.
- Assist in Ad-Hoc duties assigned by management.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Abilities to plan, organise and prioritise.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Two years of experience preferred.
- Knowledge with Million Software preferred
- Basic Accounting knowledge will be a bonus
- Able to start on an immediate basis
