Retail Sales Executive


Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This position will be to maximise store performance by proactively driving sales, reducing stock loss and managing controllable costs. Motivating and developing team members will be integral to this role whilst ensuring the store complies with all company regulations and procedures. Above all maintaining highest standard of customer services and delivering topline growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
• Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brand’s image and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and perform up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers’ requests.
• Review and analyze in store sales in order to Inform store Manager of unavailable and nonperforming products.
• Merchandize products under the appropriate sections according to sales trends, date of release, and as per Management recommendations.
• Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in order to reach hourly and daily sales targets
• Ensure smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments, as well as accurate stock keeping preventing loss risks and thefts by performing physical and electronic inventory check as required, reporting missing stock, incidents, suspicious activities.
• Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required.
• Work on increasing conversion rates and customer average basket value.


• 3 years minimum experience in retail sales, preferably in home beddings, Décor & accessories
• GCC experience is mandatory
• High School Degree
• Fluency in English , Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in MS office
• Style oriented, Enthusiastic, Aesthetics sense Contributor, Empathic and responsible.
• Planning and Organizing.
• Communication Skills.
• Cultural Awareness & Customer Focus.
• Initiative taker & Team player.
• Well groomed & dressed.
