Job Description

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

·        We are a subsidiary of The World’s #1 Online Mattress & Furniture Brand

·        We are expanding our sales team

·        We are looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Executive for our showrooms

·        Working Location: Central

·        Working Days: 6 Days week

·        Working hours: 11am to 6pm (weekdays); 10am to 5pm (weekends)

·        Sales Incentives

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Assist in the daily operation of the store

·        Provide high level of customer service and attend to customers

·        Maintain POS System

·        To sell and promote our range of Beddings & Furniture products (including mattresses, bedframes, sofas, pillows, etc.)

·        To provide professional advice and assistance to customers in the store

·        To achieve targets given by the company

·        To portray a professional image representing Zinus Singapore

·        To provide feedbacks from customers, and/or market intelligence/information to company on a regular basis

·        Housekeeping of display products and maintain showroom cleanliness

·        Answering to phone enquiries

·        Setting up and running of roadshows (if applicable)

·        Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Sales oriented with a positive attitude

·        Well-groomed and friendly personality

·        Must be physically fit. Candidates are required to do setting up or installation of furniture (if needed)

·        Able to use mobile apps and basic computer knowledge

·        Customer-focused with strong communication & interpersonal skills

·        Willing to excel and grow with the company

·        Able to start work asap preferred
