Records Officer
ecords Officer required for a short term contract based in Perth.
Immediate start with an initial contract to mid-March with possible further work opportunities.
Duties
- Assisting in the administration and maintenance of Business Information Systems including the EDRMS.
- Reviewing and maintaining Business Information Systems procedures, recommending new procedures as required
- Negotiating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support for quality assurance processes.
- Contributing to collection and analysis of Information Management KPIs.
- Undertaking user acceptance testing of EDRMS and Business Information Systems changes and enhancements.
Required skills/experience for the role-
- Demonstrated ability to administer records and information management services using an Electronic Document Records Management System, including any peripheral applications that handle scanning and workflow.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Secure File Transfer Protocol applications and their maintenance for external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of legislation, standards and regulations affecting the management of information and systems
- Experience with EDRMS systems (including HPR RM8 formerly TRIM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
