Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities
To manage and oversee all activities related to Quality Assurance including:

Supervise and manage a team of engineers, technician and inspectors to achieve management goals
Establish and maintain Management System that meets ISO9001 / AS9120 / ISO13485 / ISO29001 / IATF16949 / ISO22301 / ISO14001 / ISO45001/ ISO50001 / ISO26000 and other regulatory requirements as determined by the management
Act as Management Representive for the management system of the company
Respond to customer’s complaint and lead team in problem- solving and quality improvement plan
Compliance to customer requirements and implementation
Oversea quality related activities involving supplier qualifications, incoming / outgoing inspection and other related issues
Conduct In-House and independent audits
Develop and maintain the analysis of quality trend
Ensure all system procedures are complied
Coordinate workplace safety process
Procedural improvement and ensure staff discipline in place

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
Knowledge in Quality Management Standards with internal auditing experience
Able to handle customers’ complaints and supplier quality issues
Good leadership and communication skill
Possess positive working attitude with initiative
Able to work independently and work under pressure
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
