Key Selection Criteria

-Minimum 8yrs experience (4yrs post apprenticeship)

-A-Class Victorian Electrical Licence

-NSW Electrical Licence (preferred but not essential)

-Manual Drivers Licence

-Experience with Job Management Software (Simpro)

-Air Conditioning & Refrigeration experience (highly regarded)

-ARCtick Restricted Split System Licence (highly regarded)

-VBA registration (preferred but not essential)

-Good Communication Skills & be able to work in a diverse team.

-Quoting & Managing experience (highly regarded but not essential)

Day to Day Tasks- “What we need from you”

-House wiring, including underground cable, Meter Panel/ Main Switchboard, First Fix & Fit off (including AS3000 Testing)

-Wiring of Ducted & Split System Air Conditioning

-Assist in the installation of Ducted Air Conditioners (lifting unit into position)

-Installation of Split System ACs

-Running of Pair Coil Refrigerant pipe work, Flaring of Pipes connection to units

-Commissioning of AC Systems, including pressure testing & evacuation

-General Electrical maintenance & repairs to Residential & Commercial properties

-Be accountable for recording hours & materials for jobs

-Weekly team meetings & staff development.

As a Tradesman of almost 20yrs myself I highly respect the hard work that it takes to preform the role we are seeking to fill, as such a wage between $35-45/hr is on offer to a candidate with the relevant ability who can meet our expectations. Along with full use of a spacious modern vehicle, new iPad & Phone allowance.
