Assist Human Resources Manager and CFO with payroll and HR responsibilities. This individual will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of our payroll and HR areas. This position is remote. The position can be located in NY, NJ or CT with in-frequent travel to NYC or CT office.

Work with CFO/HR to process semi-monthly payroll in Paycom
Other Payroll/Finance responsibilities as required
Support onboarding and off boarding employees
Assist Human Resources Manager with administrative functions related to recruiting such as but not limited to scheduling interviews, job postings and offer letters.
Track training and other programs such as performance reviews
Cobra tracking
Benefits administration – add new hires to benefit programs and remove terminated employees
Other administrative functions as required (which include but are not limited to employment verifications, unemployment claims, PTO tracking)

Experience working in an office environment required (HR Internships are fine, HR or payroll experience is preferred)
Experience working with Paycom or other payroll providers is preferred but not required

Proficiency with MS office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organizational, data entry and numerical skills required
Must have the ability to work independently and efficiently
High level of discretion and confidentiality is required ensuring utmost discretion in all matters is maintained

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
