Patient Access Manager Description:

The Patient Access Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of all functions of Patient Access services to ensure patient safety and satisfaction as it relates to registration and admission, and to optimize the facility’s financial performance. Job duties include but are not limited to:

Oversee daily operations
Manage the teams workload, resources and compliance with all required service levels
Ensuring adequate staffing/ scheduling
Hire, Train, coach and monitor staff productivity
Collect data for audits, projects and reports
Streamline workflows to promote best practices
Manage payroll and time keeping functions
Maintain compliancy with HR policies and union guidelines
Maintain compliancy with all federal and state regulations and laws
Responsible for accounts receivable and non-accounts receivable deposits
Manage the budget and continuously implement operations improvements to ensure cost efficiencies
Implement education on future initiatives
Track and reports issues
Ensure strategic alignment of Patient Access goals within the organization and system wide

Location: St Catherine · Patient Access
Schedule: Full Time, Day shift, 9:00AM-5:00PM
