Purpose of Role:

Looking for a passionate Partnership Specialist professional in acquiring partners and maintaining impeccable relations. Someone interested in developing strategy for suitable partners and targeting alliances across various partnership verticals that will help the company grow in audience and awareness.

Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

Contacting multiple current partners to establish & maintain rapport and arrange meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing and co-marketing initiatives with respective partners increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
Identify and generate leads by reaching out to our AMs for leads, network / engage with all prospective partners;
Monitor and maintain the partner obligations outlined in individual contracts Partner agency and vendor management ensuring all agreed actions are clearly communicated and adhered
Handle communications and communication material with partners and potential partners
Manage costing in relation to benefits across tiers
Benchmarking and reporting on campaigns and campaign results with differentiation compared to competition

Skills

Proven experience as a Partnerships specialist or related role
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Strong ability to lead negotiation with vendors & partners
Exhibit a strong track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
Experience in a marketing or sales role
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Business or related field preferred
Fluency in English & Arabic
