Packaging Operator

International Pharmaceutical Manufacturer based in Hertfordshire requires Production Operatives / Production Technicians. Working within GMP environments, you will set up and operate various processes associated with the Packaging of highly valuable Pharmaceutical products for which you will receive full training.

You will actively support an environment of continuous improvement ensuring that all quality and productivity targets are achieved through the optimum use of resources in a safe environment. You will use effective communication skills with all team members to ensure completion of the Production Manufacturing and filling plans.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow operating procedures. Some work experience in a job that requires these skills is preferred (such as Food Production etc), however different backgrounds will be considered. Candidates with previous packaging experience would be highly desirable.
