Operations Manager

Aurora Nexus is changing and we are looking for Operational Managers to join our senior management team delivering support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism.

This is a pivotal time for Aurora Nexus and an exciting time to join our Senior Management team as we build our new team and build on the achievements of Aurora Options and Lewisham Nexus who have now merged to become Aurora Nexus.

All of our supported living services are rated as Outstanding by CQC but we know we can do better. As we build our new organisation we will focus on Values and ensuring we are delivering the best support we can to the people that use our services.

The Operations Manager role will support the development of the organisation, Overseeing 6-8 services across Lewisham, Bromley, Bexley, Southwark, Greenwich.

Working with our teams you will be responsible for a group of services which could include Supported living services, small registered care homes or day opportunity services.
