Qualifications and experience

  • Someone with at least 1 year medical reception experience
  • A passion for providing an exceptional customer service experience
  • Willing to learn new procedures and skills with a high attention to detail
  • Calm phone manner, great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and organise daily duties
  • Confident computer skills on Mac, Windows, and Google Workspace
  • A current drivers license

Duties:

  • Demonstrate a warm and welcoming manner as the first point of contact for phone, walk in and email enquiries
  • Management of the Cliniko appointment diary, to maintain an on time day for our patients and podiatrists
  • Processing payments using HICAPS and re-booking patient appointments
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks, to ensure our patient records are kept up to date, secure and confidential
  • Administration tasks including ordering consumables, managing incoming and outgoing mail, daily sales reconciliation
  • Sterilising medical equipment and maintaining a clean and Covid safe clinic
  • Working closely with the podiatrists as a team and managing the on time arrival of patient orthotics
  • Set rostered days Wednesday to Saturday
