Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Implement marketing strategies and sales initiatives for services & products in order to increase the market demand and generating revenue for the assigned category products in order to retain current clients as well as attracting new clients.
Identify and develop potential new sales opportunities for effective market penetration of services & products to deliver on revenue, growth, and profit and increase ASC’s market share.
Schedule business visits plan for the forthcoming period and communicate the visits plan amongst the account management and sales team as well as the concerned clients.
Categorize ASC clients based on their market share to determine the frequency of business visits.
Contact and arrange meetings with potential clients to promote ASC’s products & services.
Develop and present relevant presentations to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Build external networks to understand market trends & competitor activity that will allow ASC to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
Act as the key link for all client needs, liaising/coordinating the various ASC departments to ensure client support and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation of clients’ information into the system and ensure documents’ safety.
Prepare sales reports including shipping, receiving and order fulfilment functions to ensure timely client services.
Respond to clients’ complaints and ensure prompt resolution of complaints within the stipulated timelines with high efficiency and effectiveness, in order to maintain client satisfaction.

Skills

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification, Professional Certifications and Affiliations

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.

Work Experience

Minimum of two years of experience in the same or related field.

Language Skills

Proficient in English and Arabic
