We are searching for a top new employee to join the sales team in our brand new building.

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Internal Sales position is to contribute as a productive and efficient member of the Sales team extending quality customer service to our customers.

Key Accountabilities

As an Internal Salesperson you are expected to assist the External reps and perform front counter sales duties along with helping management meet targets and customer satisfaction providing quality customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving and advising customers at the sales counter
• Submitting quotes and follow ups, emails and general sales duties
• Assisting External reps and management with quotes, orders, customers
• Assisting with stock counts
• Computer operation
• Retail product presentation as required
• Some Picking and packing of customer orders
• Any other duties as required within your skill level and qualifications

Skills and Capabilities:

• Demonstrated experience as a Counter Sales Person
• Demonstrated experience as Internal Sales or External Sales
• Intermediate Computer level
• Negotiation skills
• Effective Communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to deliver excellent, quality customer service
• Conscientious and Prompt
• Ability to retain product training knowledge
• Desire to succeed and learn new things
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Ability to work autonomously as well as an effective team member

Experience:

Minimum 2yrs in a front counter or internal sales role.
