Inside Sales Executive

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for 3+ years of experienced, passionate Inside Sales Specialists to join our team immediately. The main purpose of the Inside Sales SaaS role is to deliver revenue targets for the assigned products and services. Candidates who belong to a similar industry selling Digital products and handling End-to-End Sales to B2B customers will be highly preferred. Strong knowledge of common software and technologies used in the industry would be an advantage. The ideal candidate has to be an accountable, motivated, and self-driven person.

*Responsibilities*

Generate leads from sources (online, print and industry associations) to develop and maintain an updated sales database of key customer stakeholders.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Daily contact with potential customers – remote possible and on site when required.
Generate business from new clients, and create new commercial opportunities from existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales revenue targets.
Achieve set KPI’s including number of appointments set, number of effective sales calls and number of outbound calls made.
Partner with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Success and Development in implementation and Installations to ensure customers’ are fully supported at all times.
Liaise with existing clients at least once per 60 days to gauge effectiveness of products sold and identify new needs and request referrals for new business.
Effectively represent the organization at events, exhibitions, conferences, etc.
Engage with vendors and trade partners to identify potential sales synergies.
Maintaining accurate records of all sales and forecasting future revenue to the sales manager.
Fill out all day to day interaction in the internal customer management system.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

*Knowledge*
A proven track record for account management and new business development.
Clear and demonstrable understanding of eCommerce and web marketing technologies & Strategies.

*Skills*
Native level oral and written communication and presentation skills in English are required.
Excellent organizational and planning skills to deal with a large number of sales calls on a daily basis.
Should be proficient in the use of Google Apps, Office applications and internet technologies.

*Experience*
3+ years of experience in a digital sales role.
Strong knowledge of common software’s and technologies used in the Industry.
Experience in designing and executing digital web-based B2B & B2C marketing campaigns
Extensive experience with copywriting marketing materials such as customer correspondence, advertisements, presentations, web content, etc.
