Human Resources Business Partner
Our Client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner to align our Client’s HR initiatives and functions with the business objectives and needs. Duties will include aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, planning HR initiatives, managing orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, maintaining staff relations, updating policies and procedures, and overseeing wellness initiatives.
Your experience in HR management will aid our Client in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation.
In the performance of this role, you are required to comply with the Safeguarding Children and Young People Practice and Behaviour Guidelines and to participate in cultural fitness activities.
