• Strong knowledge of Labor Laws & ensures compliance
• Helping to update and improve HR policies
• Gratuity and EOSB calculations
• HR Budgeting
• Employee document management
• Working with recruitment companies (online and non online portals)
• Job description development
• Work process streamlining

Salary:
AED 6,500 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Seeking candidates with passion to develop and improve
• At least 5 years experience in HR
• Very strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive
• (English Required)
• Note: Extra allowance to be provided for candidates with IT background
