HR Administrator


Full Job Description


The HR Administrator role is aimed to develop an entry level candidate into a more seasoned HR professional through mentorship and on the job training. This position supports the Payroll, Benefits and HRIS Manager in day-to-day functions and includes a combination of HR and Payroll responsibilities. This is an exempt, full-time remote position and requires availability for occasional travel to our corporate office in Plantation, FL.


HR Responsibilities

Maintain and distribute HR email inbox

Assist with organizing employee relations cases

Assist with benefit open enrollment preparation

Assist with performance management administration

Tier 2 support for employee questions

Assist with administration of various employee recognition initiatives

Other specialized projects and duties as assigned

Onboarding all Restaurant Support Center staff and Termination Coordination with back end administration

Process all incoming Mail

HR Standards of Procedure Documentation

Key Document Maintenance

401k Administration Management.

Payroll Responsibilities

Review reports in preparation for payroll


Research and process payroll corrections

Process scheduled recurring supplemental payroll runs

Assist with recurring bonus preparation

Garnishment processing and acknowledgement

Tier 2 support for employee questions

Other specialized projects and duties as assigned


HS Diploma or GED required

AS in Business Administration or similar field preferred

HR Admin or Payroll processing experience is a plus


Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highest level of confidentiality and accountability

Detail oriented and fast paced

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred

Ability to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks

Ability to build rapport with all employees
