Domain Money is a crypto-first neobank, building a set of trading and banking functions designed to serve active retail investors. Customers are able to buy, sell, store, earn and borrow against multiple asset classes including traditional stocks, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.

The Role: As a Fraud Operations Lead you will create and own all procedures and matters related to fraud at Domain Money. You will be responsible for preventing and reducing fraudulent behavior and customers from the Domain Money platform

The Team: Our customers know that they can come to the Domain Money Customer Support (CS) team with any and all questions about their Domain Money account. The CS team is responsible for ensuring that all customer questions are answered efficiently and accurately, ensuring a world-class customer experience. The CS team is also responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and acting as the voice of the customer, offering feedback directly to the Executive and Product teams on how our customers’ experience can be improved. We are looking for individuals who are excited to join as an integral part of a fast-growing team and company.

About You:

Creative thinker and strategic problem solver
Ability to quickly and calmly answer and resolve customer questions and issues
Ability to effectively work independently, and as part of a team
Interest in personal finance, crypto, stocks, ETFs, and furthering Domain’s mission
You get a rush when you come up with an elegant or unique solution to a difficult problem

What You’ll Need:

Fraud experience, especially using Prove, Socure, Alloy, LexisNexis, or similar
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading, and the financial services industry
3+ years experience working in the banking, credit card, crypto or securities industry
Experience providing customer support via email, chat, or phone
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to overlap at least half of your working hours with the Eastern Time zone (you must also be based in the United States)

Nice to Have:

Relevant experience in financial services, technology, iOS/Android apps
Previous experience replying to reviews in the App Store and Play Store
Experience with KYC, financial regulations, fraud, and AML
