KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES

Leads the daily operations
Ensures increasingly growth of sales and sph to meet published budget
Proactively responds to guests’ feedback on offering and service
Creates and implements Policies and SOPs to deliver service excellence across departments
Is in charge of overseeing the execution of Events Bookings
Nurtures ownership and team development to attract and promote talents for the Group
Implement a Team Development Program to foster team success and career growth
Is in charge of team rosters and Leave management
Supports the HR Function through the recruitment and the hiring process
Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations
