Job Description

The role

Be a finance partner to CEO and the business team in Pay Pillar. Reporting functionally to the CFO and operationally to the CEO, your responsibilities is full spectrum of accounting, finance and tax function of the business unit which include, but not limited to:

Key accountabilities

Support business initiatives and transformation, including strategic business planning, project profitability analysis.
Identify financial risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impact
Part of the Group finance team, provide support in operational, treasury and financial matters.
Prepare timely and accurate monthly reports for management review
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Implement new process set-up and improve appropriate financial systems and controls to ensure compliance to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and auditing standards as well as local statutory guidelines.
Close partnership with business unit to analyse the business drivers and performance, highlight gaps and opportunities
Assist business unit in managing daily operational issues related to finance, internal controls and to meet the KPI sets.

Skills & experience

Degree in Finance / Accounting
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience
CPA/CA preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Capable of working independently and taking initiatives and exposed to multi-tasking environment
Analytical/problem solving abilities
Strong in Excel, financial ERP/software e.g. SAP, would be advantageous
