Job Description

Position: Finance Executive (Education)

Working hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
Salary: $2,200 – $2,600
Duration: Immediate – 1 Year

Responsibilities:

Check and verify expense claims and documents
Asset management (update, tracking etc)
Tracking and reconciliation of project expenditures
Coordinate with teams (e.g. corporate finance) to support finance related needs
Attend to payment related queries
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma, degree or professional qualification in Accountancy preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with SAP or ERP system is advantageous
