Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time work. We are open 6 Days per week till late with a busy book so there is plenty of opportunity for a motivated dentist.

Dental One is a progressive and expanding family owned company that owns and operates Dental Clinics throughout Melbourne. Our team of dedicated dental professionals is committed to supporting the practice of dentistry in the best possible way, and as such have developed an outstanding reputation for providing quality healthcare to the community. With the latest equipment including digital radiography, rotary endodontics, OPG and Cone Beam machine we are focused on delivering comprehensive care for our patients, including general and cosmetic dentistry.

Mentorship:

Dental One runs a Graduate Program which offers mentorship for recent graduates to accelerate their learning and ability to tackle all facets of dentistry including more advanced root canal, cosmetic and fixed prosthodontic treatments. One on one mentorship is available full time for all recent graduates, which includes assistance with treatment, advice on treatment planning and daily tips and advice on how to improve communication and clinical skills. We find that within 12 months our graduates are more competent than dentists with several years’ experience.

Due to continued growth we are now looking to grow our team with exceptionally talented and motivated Dentists to take the clinic to the next level!

The Candidate:

Should have at least 1 year Australian experience in public or private dentistry or be a recent Australian Graduate
Has strong communication skills.
Will strive towards maintaining a high standard of quality of treatment.
Is confident to work independently without the need of supervision.
Must be a fully qualified dentist registered with APHRA and has a current radiation licence.
Has scope to work within our group of practices at Craigieburn, Lower Templestowe, Epping, Reservoir and Richmond

What benefits will I receive?

Depending on your level of experience, initially the role may be salary based with a transition to commission expected within 6-12 months. As a growing clinic there is plenty of career opportunity and full time mentoring and training are provided by the team of Senior Dentists. More experienced practitioners will be offered a competitive commission based position. Opportunities to grow with Dental One also exist including buying into practices and opening new clinics in partnership
