About The Role

Managing Data Privacy Impact and Threshold Assessments in relation to proposed processing activities.
Providing timely and concise metrics and reports to the DPO and other relevant stakeholders on your activities, privacy risks and issues, and other related matters.
Responding to and managing Data Subject Rights requests and complaints.

About You

Demonstrable experience of advising in a similar role, media or the publishing sector experience would be welcome.
Knowledge of data protection laws, regulations and policies including the DPA, GDPR, PECR and ideally CCPA and the Australian Privacy Act.
You will be an experienced, qualified lawyer, and a data protection qualification would be welcome.
