Our client is looking for multiple switched on and customer-centric candidates who are passionate and truly care about people to join their expanding team

The role:

Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls, as well as outbound follow ups
Lodge customer details into a bespoke CRM system
Respond to emails and enquires
Multi-task using multiple systems
Help customers to meet their needs
