We are seeking a Customer Service Officer ideally with experience in the Equipment Hire or Transport Services industry. 

The Role

• Inbound calls – customer orders and quote requests 
• Following up with transport staff 
• Data entry  
• Liaising with clients
• Administration duties 
• $55-65,000 + Superannuation

The Candidate

• Minimum 2+ years in a similar position
• Excellent computer skill – Microsoft office
• Professional telephone manner 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
