We are nestled in the heart of Bondi Junction, half way through the exciting city life and the world-famous Bondi Beach, our young, fast paced and vibrant international company is growing and we want you to be part of our future and success!  

We are hiring for our contact centre, we focus on providing knowledgeable and outstanding customer service to our clients, and we assist them mainly over live chat

To be successful, a candidate requires:

  • The ability to speak, read and write English fluently
  • Fluency in any additional language is welcome, German, French, Korean, Dutch, Slovak, Russian, Scandinavian.
  • Passion for outstanding customer service, proven experience working in a customer-facing role is preferred but not necessary
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment that requires quick thinking, initiative and a lot of multitasking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, team orientated with a proactive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail

Contact Centre experience is not required, we provide excellent training.

We are currently seeking full-time & part-time applicants – All positions include an initial commitment to ongoing weekends, which will be reviewed.

We offer the following permanent shifts:

  • Morning 6.00am – 2.00pm
  • Afternoon 2.00pm – 10.00pm
  • Overnight 10.00pm – 8.00am (4 x 10 hour shifts = 3-day weekends!)


You must be either an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident on a Defacto/Spouse visa. Working Holiday visas and students are welcome to apply too.
