Day to day you will:
- manage your own workload and plan your day accordingly
- spend the majority of the day on the phone, talking to customers
- manage your admin duties to spread through the week
- arrange resolutions with customers and reach the best possible outcome for all parties
- work quickly and methodically, to gain as much info as possible
Looking for a customer-centric credit controller who gets joy from providing great customer service.
You will have some form of credit or collections experience, whether that’s B2B or consumer.
You’ll need to be willing to get stuck in and have a continuous learning mindset.
Oh, and you’ll also need to enjoy being part of a lively and friendly team.
