Job Description
Corporate Ticketing Executive / Senior Executive / Team Lead
■ Job Description:
・Answer incoming calls & replying emails from corporate clients
・Reservations for Air ticket, visa application, hotel reservations and other ad-hoc travel arrangement
・Handling Duty of Care
・Handling of feedbacks
・Issue invoices
■ Requirements:
・Customer service oriented
・To be able to handle existing clients and lead in new clients
・At least 5 years of working experience in the corporate ticketing department
・Good command of English
・Strong knowledge in Air Ticketing & use of GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Abacus or any form of GDS Air Ticketing reservation system)
