Position Title: Child Protection – Director HQ

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 55.4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAE’s public education sector

Job Description:

 Development of plans for the Student Welfare department, particularly focusing on Child Protection, to meet the objectives of the Students’ & Parents’ Affairs Sector

 Execute operational plans within the department and provide effective and efficient support to all institutions, in close coordination with Education Sectors

 Handle communications with Education Sectors and relevant stakeholders in order to ensure that HQ standards, guidelines and processes are effectively implemented

 Execute necessary actions within the section to ensure the overall achievement of the sector and department’ objectives

 Support with the development of regular and ad-hoc reports to the Student Welfare Executive Director / Director

Skills

Qualifications:

 Open to UAE nationals

 50 years old and below

 Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or any relevant field

 Must have at least 6 years’ experience in the education sector or school operations
