Australia’s most innovative and progressive third-party warehousing provider is seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer, to lead and grow the organisation. Privately held, the organisation is widely considered to be one of the country’s leading 3PL suppliers, known for delivering high levels of customer service, a focus on quality outputs, incredible culture and an enviable safety record. The organisation provides customers with an extensive suite of services; from receiving to storage and distribution.

Based in Sydney and reporting to the Group Managing Director, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for strategic, financial and operational business planning and execution, and the management of day-to-day operations, people and resources. The CEO plays a major role in nurturing and sustaining relationships with customers, stakeholders and the board. The CEO will ensure the long-term growth, profitability and sustainability of the organisation, while ensuring the company remains abreast of technological advancement in a dynamic and fast changing environment.

To be successful in this position, you will be an accomplished leader with strong emotional intelligence to ensure robust engagement with peers, team members and stakeholders. You will have a deep understanding of the third-party logistics, transport and distribution arena. With broad general management experience, you will demonstrate outstanding financial leadership and acumen, and be highly commercial, both fiscally and with a business growth mindset. Enthused by technology, automation and innovation, you will continue to position the organisation as one of the industry’s pioneers.
