Job Description

Salary Range: From S$1,800 to S$2,300 / month; commensurate based on experienceStaff Benefits:- Annual Leave

Requirements:- Willing to perform work shift duties
– Willing to work in Changi Airfreight Centre
– Experienced in logistics & warehousing is an advantage
– Tactful with interpersonal skills
– Customer-oriented; able to provide excellent service
– Able to multi-task

– Independent worker and Team Player
Job:- Acts as the liaison between Export Manifesting and Import Documentation Teams
– Timely processing, screening of import and export documentations (hand over and collection of document pouches to/ from the aircrafts)
– Ensure accurate entries of records into Cargo Management System (CMS) and airline systems and maintain computer database
– Identify all irregularities properly; escalate and report to respective airlines in accordance to airlines’ timeline requirements
– Supervise a team of subordinate working under the sections
– Handle customers’/ airlines’ / agents’ enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
– Attend to customers in collecting / delivering of cargo; including receiving of payments
– Liaise with warehouse operations Team as appropriate
– Screen accuracy of paperwork submitted for inbound releases as well as acceptance on outbound shipments
– Sorting and dispatching of cargo documents in accordance to airline requirements
– Coordinate with carriers/ Ground Handling Agents; arrange transfer of all transshipment traffic
– Conduct tracing activities following short/ over shipments of documents/ cargo
– Update filings as necessary
