Employment: Full Time

• To enhance business by adding clients and manage end-to-end operations for Outsourced Manpower.
• To generate revenue through client acquisition.
• To build and expand network on regular basis through different channels.
• To ensure accuracy of records and paperwork, reasonable payment terms, on time payments etc.
• To negotiate strongly for finalizing and dealing with contracts / rates for monthly, quarterly and year requirement.
• To keep updated on revenue through MIS.

Requirements

Min 8 + yrs of experience in HR / Outsource industry.
Min 2-3 yrs experience in developing new profitable Accounts in UAE.
Business Developed across the industries.
Experienced in Account Management, Team Lead, Operation management.
Good contacts with decision makers.
