The opportunity

Bega have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join the White Milk Marketing team. As part of your new role, you will be the Brand Manager for Pura and have the opportunity to work closely with the broader Marketing team on projects for our blockbuster Dairy Farmers brand who was just awarded Australia’s Most Trusted Milk Brand.

We are looking for a passionate, results-orientated and proactive marketer capable of leading the development and execution of brand strategy to deliver brand business objectives (AOP) and consumer goals.

Your responsibilities

Lead brand strategy planning and review
Lead the development, execution and evaluation of brand and category growth driver initiatives (including NPD, sponsorship, digital, ATL/BTL)
Development of Brand Insights & Brand Proposition
Contribute to the development of Innovation and lead the development and execution of launch plans
Manage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity), P&L, AOP budget
Manage and report on brand Marketing Investment budget
Establish and maintain quality agency village relationships

Additionally, you will have

Previous brand management experience

Innovative thinking & curiosity

Commercial understanding of how functions work together
