Job Description

Book vessels in and out of Singapore port, and arrange for pilot and tug boat services.
Provide information on the crew to the immigration authority.
Experience with crew change as per MPA crew change during Covid-19 requirements.
Advise Customs of vessels’ arrivals and departures and reporting of cargoes on board vessels.
Ensure that the ship’s documentation complies with international and Singapore’s regulations before Customs inspection.
Prepare and submit the declaration of Pre-Arrival Notification of Security.
Arrange and coordinate the supply/deliveries of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates and documents, provisions, freshwater, waste removal, and distribution of crew salary.
Coordinate the bunkering of vessels.
Arrange and coordinate other port operations and services.
Attend to projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Responsible
Good team player with a positive attitude
Able to work independently
Strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft office skills such as “words & excel”
Experienced with ICA Crew & MPA DigitalPort systems
Irregular working hours are expected
