Strong Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance awareness
Good understanding of lending and credit processes
Knowledge and experience in developing and marketing of Wealth Management /Private Banking products

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Co-ordinate with Compliance, Operations, Finance and Accounting, I.T., and other relevant departments to finalize the regulatory and operational feasibility for new product launches
Prepare the required documentations (including evaluation, AML/CFT assessments, risk assessment, product specifications, operational procedures and forms) for the approval of new product
Liaise with our referral partners for referral arrangements and product information, and perform due diligence and AML/CFT checks on them
Engage potential partners for partnerships and procurement of products and services
Support Relationship Manager in processing and executing client instructions e.g. fund transfers, deposit/loan set up and renewal, personal loan application/renewal and sale or purchase of securities/unit trust
Maintain and update records of all internal documents and external forms that are used for our Private Banking business
Work with Compliance, Internal Audit and Legal to ensure that all the products and partnerships fulfil the outsourcing guidelines and other relevant MAS guidelines
To be fully compliant with regulations and Group policies & guidelines.
Any other duties as assigned by the HOD.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor or higher qualification.
Acquired relevant (CACS)qualifications required by MAS for Private Banking Product Manager
At least 3 years of wealth management experience in the financial services industry
Knowledge and experience in developing and marketing of Wealth Management /Private Banking products
Good understanding of lending and credit processes
Strong Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance awareness
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is an added advantage

Location: Raffles
5 days work week
Salary: Basic Up to S$7,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
