A leading medical membership body who support the ongoing training and professional development for health care professionals are now looking for a Head of Post Registration Education to join the Education team at an exciting time for the organisation.

As the Head of Post Registration Education, you’ll lead the strategic development and operational delivery of the education portfolio, ensuring healthcare specialists have the skills and confidence to develop their careers regardless of career stage and meet the needs of their patients now and into the future.

Playing a key role in the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll oversee delivery of all aspects in post registration education, ensuring an integrated range of educational services and activities, building on and developing existing and new high quality training, assessment and online learning. You’ll also use your people management skills to lead and motive a team of four who specialise in learning content, higher education and CPD projects.

To be considered for the role, you will have experience in a similar position, with responsibility for strategic development and delivery of postgraduate education programmes, training and assessments, including an excellent understanding of the design, delivery and quality assurance of professional development programmes in a regulated profession.

You will stand out even further if you have experience working in a medical or healthcare education organisation but this isn’t essential.
