We are seeking an experienced Automotive Administration Officer to join a busy workshop environment.
The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced, organised team player to join our team. The successful candidate will offer
- Strong organisational skills
- Articulate attention to detail
- Flexibility to manage various tasks
- Previous Automotive Servicing and Maintenance Administration experience will be highly regarded
- Experience with the software program Xero
Tasks
Administration tasks may vary to suit individual skills, strengths and varying workload but may include.
- Job Costing and Invoicing
- Account reconciliations
- Service and Maintenance Bookings
- Other administration tasks as required
Highly Regarded Skills
- Experience with Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and diligently toward deadlines
- A proactive approach to work while enjoying their time at work and as part of a great team
- Punctual reliability
