Associate Engineer

Responsibilities

To assist the Manager on any project or system enhancement request.
Understand the functionality of various systems and provide the requirements to Vendors in any Change Requests.
Liaise with various departments (i.e sales, marketing, product, IS) to determine the system requirement for weekly promo and new service launches.
Develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing
Assist in test data preparation in all enhancements/projects
Work closely with vendors/IT to resolve any system errors
Prepare daily statistic on testing status/system issues for management reporting
Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering / Business from a recognize institution.
A meticulous person with an eye of accuracy
Possess a strong sense of responsibilities and able to work within tight deadline
Proactive, customer oriented and a team player who is able to work independently
Possess effective communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
