Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform sourcing for general goods, equipment and services
Support project team to prepare project quotation & project budget
Collaborate as key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications & expectation of the company
Participate in the evaluation of bids and conduct negotiations to ensure value for money
Verify the bids are evaluated fairly, prepare recommendation reports for approval and award the bids in consultation with users
Develop a sound supplier network, manage supplier relationship and contracts
Expect unfavourable events & prepare control strategies
Perform risk management for supply contracts & agreements
Ensure compliance to procurement policies and procedures
Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Equip with a Business or Engineering degree from recognized universities or colleges
Experience in equipment, process & automotive industry is a plus
At least 5 years of relevant experiences
Able to work independently, a quick learner and work well in a team
Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
Proven working experience as a procurement manager or officer
Talent in negotiation & networking
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
Comfort with working location in the West, Jalan Boon Lay & Rifle Range Road
Singaporean only
