Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic, leads and appointments to Residential Sales Business Unit
  • Develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from conceptualization to execution, to results tracking and analysis
  • Build strategic partnership, soliciting co-promotional relationships with key industry players, external partners, and aggregators sites
  • Strong knowledge of media buying and able to work with media agency to ensure the best packages and media combinations to meet our needs.
  • A good eye for creatives and ability to do copywriting. Must be able to manage creative agencies and guide them to develop quality assets that are aligned with our corporate identity and brand positioning, and to achieve the required campaign results  
  • Familiar with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, copywriting, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis.
  • A leader who is able to produce quality content and on-brand marketing assets to promote key real estate products during prelaunch, new launch and sustenance phase. Materials include but are not restricted to property brochures, floor plans, hoarding design, virtual property tours, marketing videos, TV commercials, radio ads and digital banners etc.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Possess relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in real estate industry
  • A flair for copywriting, an eye for creative layout and visualization
  • Able to lead and direct creative agencies to achieve the required visual branding for each product and sharp, effective communication materials.
  • Possess strong media buying knowledge and have experience working with media agencies, covering print, OOH, digital and social media channels
  • Able to deliver robust leads acquisition campaigns with detailed tracking and optimization to improve sales leads and conversion successes.
