As a major growth area within Aurecon, our Advisory arm focusses on expertise to deliver commercially and technically led advisory services to empower clients to make well-informed capital decisions. We partner with clients across a range of markets, in locations worldwide, to help shape assets for competitive advantage, delivering value across all project stages and unlocking the potential a future-ready asset base provides.

What will you do?

The Asset Management and Operations Readiness roles we’re recruiting will sit within the Asset Management and Performance Advisory team and be based in Brisbane and Perth, with some openings across all major capital cities in Australia.

You will join a team driven to improve businesses through the application of leading Asset Management & Performance capabilities, you will see Operations Readiness as a means of ensuring safe, efficient and effective performance, achieving value from investments in new or renewed assets

We’re looking for candidates who have solid firsthand asset management and/or operations readiness, consulting and client engagement experience, looking for their next career step. Here are the key things you can do:

Help clients with both new and sustaining capital delivery decisions,
Develop, assess and implement asset management strategies
Lead clients through operations readiness programs
Assist clients in building effective asset management systems
Translate analysis outputs into real world decisions for a range of stakeholders

You’ll have exposure to projects across a number of industries, such as Transport, Infrastructure and Buildings, Manufacturing, Resources and Utilities, just to name a few. You will have a keenness in business development and client engagement.

Problem solving and analytical skills
Client engagement to deliver superior outcomes
Experience or aspiration to work across a broad range of asset intensive industries
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and build strong internal and external stakeholders

Professional qualifications in Engineering, Business or Accounting are highly desirable for this role, but not mandatory.
