Administration Assistant


Whately Accounting is a well established unique Accounting practice seeking an energetic and highly motivated learner Administration Assistant.  Working with the Principal and a small team to collate client data and deliver an excellent customer experience.  Experience with basic computer programs (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word) highly desirable.  Full training provided.   

Successful candidate must exhibit high enthusiasm, take initiative, and display exceptional attention to detail.  Ability to establish rapport with team and clients essential.  The role is best suited for a motivated individual who is a self starter and is capable of working with limited supervision and can hit the ground running.


This is a part time role (20-25hrs) for the ideal candidate and the position is available commencing 10th January 2022.

Salary will be negotiated based on experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Reception;

· General Office duties;

· Bookkeeping;
