Administration Assistant and Office Support
Jasara Constructions are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual that can work in a fast paced environment, meet tight deadlines and support Project & Construction Managers on a full-time basis.
Your role will involve a great variety of general office and administration duties, including:
- Carrying out general office duties such as answering phone calls, emails and taking messages
- Preparing files for new jobs, ensuring all relevant documentation is included.
- Assisting management and office staff as necessary.
- Scanning and filing documents
- Communicate effectively in the work environment, organise messages & correspondence
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualities:
- Excellent communication skills at all levels (both written and verbal)
- Excellent personal presentation
- Professional telephone manner
- Sound written and verbal skills
- Use initiative and follow through on requests
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Confidence to work individually and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience in a professional office environment is essential but no necessary
