Customer Service Officer

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and experienced customer service officer to join our dynamic and highly successful operations team in our Nunawading head office.

As a key member of the team, the successful individual will report to the Customer Relationship Manager and will undertake various responsibilities including but not limited to:

Handling high volume of customer enquiries (ETAs, service job coordination etc.)
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Liaising with suppliers
General administration duties and data entry
Ad-hoc duties

About You:

We know this is an exciting opportunity, but there are a few things we need from you:

Must have at least 2 years B2B customer service experience
Must be switched on, proactive and enjoy working in a very busy fast-paced environment
Needs to be able to work cohesively in a team and a strong team player (a must) as well as be able to work independently when required
Can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong attention to detail and strong work ethics
Can demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills.
