Client Service Officer

The Role

Responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end administration of a client portfolio
Ongoing relationship management with clients
Accurate and timely implementation of financial advice
Accurate and thorough recording of client interactions
Transact investment purchases and redemptions using OpenMarkets / ANZ
Client queries which are general in nature. Redirecting advice related enquiries to the planning team as required
Assist with data entry as required
Assist with daily portfolio reconciliation as required
Assist Head of Client Services and the Administration Manager on projects
Assist with the opening and processing of the daily mail
Assist with processing of payments, payment of client invoices, tax payments and transfer of investment funds.
Other ad-hoc administration as required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Must have worked a minimum of 2 years experience in the Financial Services / Superannuation Industry

Strong communication skills (both written and oral)

High attention to detail

A professional manner and positive attitude

Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
