About the company:

The time to join our client is now. They currently have 80+ stores across Australia and NZ with very serious growth plans that are happening right now. We are looking for a Store Manager in Bathurst who is going to lead the team to fantastic results.

Skills & Experience

Must be a Retail Manager with experience
Have proven experience in team development and succession planning
Strong ability to work with key KPI’s
Exceptional customer service standards
Managed teams of up to 2 to 3 staff
Be able to direct, support, inspire and motivate staff to produce effective performance and meet expectations
Ability to coordinate, report on stock inventory, procedures and practices
Excellent time and personal management skills in the dynamic work environment
Good communication in both written and verbal forms

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting customer relationships
Guide, lead & inspire team members in achieving weekly/monthly targets and building a strong high performing team
Develop, train and motivate a team for progression
